Inför Californication, säsong 6Soon, season 6 of Californication

Nu är det bara fem dagar kvar tills säsong 6 av Californication börjar. Åtminstone i USA, det är väl en viss fördröjning hit till Sverige. Fast det brukar ju lösa sig på något sätt… Det finns en väl fungerande infrastruktur med det där, om än något inofficiell.

Egentligen är det helt otroligt att TV/film-bolagen inte själva fattar det där, hur otroligt enkelt det vore att stävja en mycket stor del av den illegala fildelningen. Och det helt enkelt genom att se till att man börjar visa en ny säsong av en populär serie samtidigt i hela världen. Tekniken för det har funnits ett tag nu. Lär av musikbranschen! Dom var ju inte heller direkt blixtsnabba att fatta vad deras kunder ville ha. Men jämfört med TV/film-branschen är dom rena visionärerna.

Lite lustigt annars hur en av vår tids största rockstjärnor är en fiktiv författare. Såklart lite svårt att få veta vad han egentligen tycker och tänker om att hans liv än en gång ska synas rejält runt om i världen. Men i brist på bättre så har Rolling Stone gjort en ganska lång och intressant intervju med David Duchovny. Mycket läsvärd!

Well, at least in USA, I guess there might be a slight delay until we can watch in Sweden. But it’s usually here pretty quick… There are good ways to send it here already, however somewhat non-official.

Actually, it’s nothing less than unbelivable that the TV/movie companies don’t understand this simple fact, how easy it could be to suppress a major part of the illegal file sharing. And that is to make sure that when a new season of popular TV show start, broadcast it at the same time all around the world. The devices and the users have been ready for this for several years. Learn from the music buisness! Can’t say they understood this lighting fast, but compared to TV/movie buisness they are nothing else but true visionaries.

Anyway, kind of funny that one of the most celebrated rockstars today is a made-up writer. Thus, kind of hard to know what he really things about getting his life exposed to the whole world. But, almost as good, Rolling Stone Magazine made pretty long and intresting interview with David Duchovny. Read it!
