Verkar det här kul att lyssna på?Does this seems appealing to listen to?

Been there, done that…

At the moment, we are rehearsing songs for Handbollskryssningen, which will take place in the end of May. It is what it is. The songs are more or less fun to play. But of course we understand it’s wise not to play 1,5 h with our own songs 11:30 pm on a cruise ship to Finland.

Personally, I have a hard time trying to learn other peoples songs. Or more exactly, I usually understands the structure and the contours of the song pretty quick, so I can play the whole song “generally”. But the lead guitars… Not really my cup of tea. I honestly don’t know if I lack talent or if I’m just lazy, but I usually have a very hard time learning them. But I also noticed that I learn pretty much from doing so.

Thus, now I have a great “opportunity”. I mean, it’s actually some kind of motivation to know that there will be a couple of people in the audience who play guitar themself, and will stand there with their arms crossed and smile scornfully whenever I play a tone or two incorrectly.

Been there, done that… Even though I, as I just say, even aren’t any good at this myself. But I think it depends on that I “know” the quality of our original music.

Anyway, thought I could show you what it looks like when I listen to music nowadays, to be able to play as much as possible directly from my memory:

I am that kind of guy who can read a book I enjoy again and again, same with movie.s. But this is actually not a very pleasent way to listen to music.
