This wasn’t really something which where planned, the goal have always been to not make any full length releases. “Fewer songs more often” have been the motto so far. But for different reasons the choice this time became to make a full length album.
Maybe it isn’t the most tactical thing already answer what might become one of the most common interview questions. It’s not a very daring guess that the question “what does the title of the album mean?” will be among the standard questions.
So… In short, the title of the album is based around the same theme as one of the songs, “Gold encircles the altar”. It’s easy to be blinded by brilliance and splendour. There are probably a lot of people who live and balances on the edge of a silverthorn. You have a lot, but it would also take very little to turn into a total disaster.
The music is very diverse. If you don’t like one song, try the next, it might be the best you ever heard! đ The Rockford Heroes Edge of the silverthorn

Detta var inte pĂ„ nĂ„got sĂ€tt planerat, mĂ„let har ju hela tiden varit att inte göra nĂ„gra fullĂ€ngdare. “SlĂ€ppa fĂ€rre lĂ„tar oftare” har mottot varit. Men av lite olika anledningar blev valet denna gĂ„ng att göra en release av klassisk album-lĂ€ngd.
Det kanske Àr dumt att redan nu svara pÄ vad som gissningsvis kommer att bli en av de vanligaste intervju-frÄgorna. Gissar att fÄ intervjuare kommer att stÄ över möjligheten att frÄga om skivans titel.
SĂ„… Titeln baseras sig pĂ„ lite samma tema som en av lĂ„tarna, “Gold encircles the altar”. Det Ă€r lĂ€tt att bli förblindad av prakten. Att leva och balansera pĂ„ spetsen av en silvertörne Ă€r det nog mĂ„nga som gör. Man har mycket, men det skulle samtidigt kunna krĂ€vas vĂ€ldigt lite för ett rejĂ€lt fall.
Musiken Ă€r i god ordning mycket varierad. Gillar man inte en lĂ„t kan nĂ€sta Ă€ndĂ„ bli en favorit! đ
